Impression: Sometimes low expectations can work in your favor. I’d never been hard pressed to go to either Erlangen or try the Kitmann beers but decided to finally give both a go last year. I have to say I was very surprised by both. Kitmann was a charming place and we lucked out with nice weather to sit in their lovely small outside seating area. The Dunkles was a fine example of the style and went very well with the equally great food Kitmann set out. We’ll be back.
